Baron's Major Brands Appliances - Salem

From the minute we walked in the store, we were pleased with our experience. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and our sales person could not have been more pleasant, informative and helpful. Once we made our purchase, delivery of the refrigerator was scheduled within a few days. Arrival was right on time and those who delivered it were equally friendly and pleasant. High recommend Barrons!

First, let me give kudos to Stephen our salesman. Bought a double wall oven and washing machine and a few days later both were reduced in price. Reached out to Stephen and he gave us the difference in price. Second, the install team was great! We had to have electrical come and MJS electrical services was right on time and did a great job! The baron’s install team led by Dan did a great job as well! They had to cut the existing cabinet to fit the new appliance and looks great! Only reason not a five rating has to do with coordination of the delivery vs install. The install team didn’t arrive with the oven, that was on another truck. So, what would have been completed by 11 wasn’t done till 2:30. Overall, have bought many appliances from Baron’s, will continue in the future and do highly recommend them.

Bought a GE Induction Stove from Baron's and could not be happier with our experience. Herb, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the best fit for our situation. I appreciated that he was kind, down to earth and was not pushy. Deliver was easy and the folks were professional and quick. Excited to have found a business that is family run and provides quality work in our community. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Travis again for treating us with respect and a determination to resolve our 4 month ordeal. We may have had bad luck with a purchase in May , but Barons had very good luck with the hire of Travis .The staff @ Barons was always warm and friendly and knowledgeable However, with the help of Rob , district manager, Travis took control and we all came to a just and favorable solution. Delivery was flawless ( I admit I had concerns with big box deliveries) guys were pros, all business and arrived when they said they would. Glad to have left the big box "nonservice" returning to Barons What a pleasure from start to finish!
