The service and help at this business is phenomenal. Oven went out the day before Thanksgiving and Cindy went above and beyond to help us. We will back at every opportunity and highly recommend this establishment!

Don’t bother scheduling anything as they may never shows up. Scheduled to come out and diagnose a fridge error code between 2-4pm. No one ever called they were on the way, no one ever showed up, and no one called to let me know they had to cancel or reschedule. Very frustrating and disappointing as I wasted 2 hours out of my day. Turns out they didn’t even get me scheduled like they said they did.

Other appliance stores repair shops were closed on Saturday so I was recommended here from Kelly appliance. this repair shop had Factory parts on hand for my dryer when I called in. Great customer service!

This guy saved the day! My washing machine power cord was severed and my washer is so new all parts had to be ordered. I wasn’t going to be able to do laundry until after Thanksgiving! This guy took my severed power cord and worked some magic in an hour! Hooked it back up and works perfectly! Doing laundry as we speak! Highly recommend this place! Very kind, great customer service as well as experienced!

The service man came out, knew what dryer i had, I told them the issue was the belt or the motor. Surprise, it was the belt. They didn't have the part on hand after I told them the model number and the liklihood of the issue. 3 days out for the part. I took time out of work, went to Lowes, picked up the appropriate belt, did the work myself. They still charged me $100. If you can do the work, do so, because they won't make it convenient.

I needed my Kitchenaid stand mixer serviced-regreased,looked over, etc. They did an amazing job. They couldn't have been nicer. A quick turnaround time, too.

United Repair saved our Thanksgiving. The baking element on our "vintage", built-in-wall, analog oven burned out. They found the needed part, scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, made and tested the repair and were gone in a little less than 30 min. Excellent service and the cost for parts and labor was just shy of $135.00! Hard to beat that plus they’re local, and we can now cook a Thanksgiving turkey!
