I recently needed to get my ice maker repaired and I was able to get it repaired at a great price by this company. The tech, Junior came out and diagnosed the issue and it took a day to get the part and he returned the next day to complete the repair. I would definitely call Appliance Service By Paul again for a repair! Also, Junior was a friendly and knowledgeable in my appliance brand.

Had these guys out to address my leaking ice maker in my Subzero fridge/freezer. Literally had them out 7 times because they never fixed it. Each time it was some new excuse and the need for some different part. Spent almost $800 on various parts and labor and they never fixed it. Asked for a new tech and complained to them on the phone, but they kept sending the same guy. Cut my losses and just gave up with them and moved on to another repair company. Had other experiences with them that were good, but after this won't use them again.

Jared with Appliance Service by Paul came to address a warranty repair on our dishwasher & he was professional, efficient & knowledgeable. We also had him do a diagnostic test on our washer. Our fridge was on the fritz, and honestly, I was dreading the whole process. The technician, Jared, was polite and professional, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part, but it took a few days to come in, which was a bit of an inconvenience. He came back and fixed it, but the communication about the timeline could have been a little clearer. In the end, the fridge works, which is the main thing, but it wasn't the seamless experience I was hoping for.

These company is amazing! Up to date with technology I simply took a picture of my model/serial number, told them about the problem and they handled the rest. Technician was very polite and professional. I will not use any other company for my needs.

Our ancient dishwasher went out on Saturday, I called Monday, and it was fixed before noon on Tuesday. Eli was our serviceman and he was personable, friendly, and helpful. There was no significant service needed on my machine, but by some form of magic it's literally better off now than it was before. Turns out the plug overload was tripped, and all that was needed was a reset. After removing our dishwasher to do that, he also leveled it, and secured it correctly to our counter (we were under the understanding that the bracket was broken as opposed to it not being correctly secured, so this was an excellent surprise). Overall absolutely worth the price. Excellent service, kind staff all the way from the appointment to the service call itself. Somehow my ancient dishwasher now works like a brand new one, which I didn't even know was possible. I would absolutely recommend their services.

They kept me updated on the parts requests, service progress, and scheduling. The repairs werecompleted quickly, and everything went smoothly. This was for a warranty service on my fridge, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
