Reliable Parts

My two year old whirlpool oven had the igniter go out in my home. I tried to find the part I needed locally and no one had them available. I called reliable parts directly and sweet and helpful lady helped me find the exact part I was looking for. She looked up my model number, then confirmed the part I needed. Easy to purchase and quick shipping to my home address. The part was cheaper than most places online. Once received I verified it was the exact replacement part needed. It was an easy fix and my new oven is back to working as intended. Overall terrific experience to work with this company and would recommend to anybody. When I have other appliance failures I will be using reliable parts again. 5 out of 5 stars!

I went in looking for Samsung washing machine dampening rods and the clerk was very honest with me about how Samsung over prices their product and led me to a better option that was actually at a different store. Incredible honesty giving up business to help me out, I would trust them 100% and anytime I needed anything else I will go here first

Reliable Parts was everything I needed when a motor in my dishwasher went out. I placed an order for the exact part through their website for pickup. Within a couple hours they emailed that it was ready, and pickup was a breeze. The employee who helped me with pickup was nice to answer a few questions I had about an additional part I was considering. Thanks to the same day pickup, I fixed my dishwasher within the day and had it running good as new for the dinner dishes. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

I cannot recommend this place enough! My dryer had a broken piece that was going to cost me several days and a lot more money if I had ordered it online. Luckily, I found Reliable Parts, and they had the part I needed at a fraction of the price! They guy who helped me also went out of his way to make sure I had the right bolt for it. Heads up! They only take cards. That wasn't a problem for me, but just FYI

Wow what's reliable about this place. First of all I called twice for a total of 36 min on hold no one ever picked up. Did they fire all the help, can't get any help or don't care?? I put in my mod. # and it doesn't work but it works on the manufactures web site-huh?? I got the part no. off their web site and went to Reliable web site to order the part for will call, guess what, you can't do will call on the order screen. They close @ 4:00 why? People now have to take a long lunch or leave work early just to get what they need. This place needs a super overhaul really bad. I guess I have to be grateful that they at least had the part I needed....

Awesome place that England Plumbing Supply told me about. They had the leaky LG dishwasher drain hose replacement in stock that I needed. The service was exceptional on the phone and in the store.
