Campbell TV Service

It took a little to get ahold of someone but I did, they were friendly and helpful. He did inform me that the TV I had, parts were no longer made for it. He was punctual and fast to respond if he didn't know the answer right then and there.

Friendly and courteous repair company. In-home repair technician was awesome. They serviced/repaired both of our antique entertainment centers (RCA / Victor & Sylvania). The service was quick and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I brought an old DLP in to be worked on that had been sitting for a while. They were quick, efficient, and courteous. I really like the shop, it reminds me of one that was in our town when I was a kid. They have some really good deals on used repaired TVs as well. The $45 diagnostic fee is reasonable and the staff was very knowledgeable.

Can I give 6 stars!?! The BEST experience! My beautiful television got cracked and ruined my LED panels... came in with pictures and description of problem in hopes I could get fixed... They were very honest with me and told that the damage was done, while ‘fixable’ was going to cost almost as much as buying a new tv...something I wasn’t ready to shell out for again... Little did I know that they sold TVs as well!! I had my eyes on a couple and told them the specs I was looking for.... they were able to get me the exact tv I was hoping to find at a fraction of what I would’ve paid elsewhere...new or ‘used’! Shannon and the rest of the staff were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly and will be going back for any future television purchasing needs...as well as referring people to go there for and television repair/purchases!! If you’re not familiar with this place, get familiar fast!!!! Support local business! Love this place! Thank you... I LOVE my new television!! Shannon is the best!

Years ago, Campbell installed a replacement light engine/DMD (supplied by Mitsubishi after TI produced a run of defective ones) for our DLP projector, and they did a superb job. At my request, they also installed a new lamp during the service call. They were prompt and professional, and I'll be contacting them very soon to replace the lamp yet again. Highly-recommended!

Do not take your TV here. These people will try to scam you out of the 45$ diagnostic fee. I had a fire in my house and the next day my TV wouldn't turn on. My insurance adjuster told me to get it looked at. So I took it to these idiots and they tell me they will let me know something tomorrow. 2 days goes by and they never call, so I call them. They proceed to tell me that the TV is working just fine and they can't get it to act up. I take off work, drive all the way over there and guess what? It's doing the exact same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. It was obvious that they hadn't tested my TV at all. So, a week goes by and I never hear from them. I finally call today and they are saying that the TV is turning on but it is taking a long time. I told her if I come over there again to pick that TV up and it is doing the same thing, we are going to have a problem.

If you are looking for a place to get your vintage turn tables repaired - this is the place! They also work on some receivers, it just depends on the model. They will confirm whether or not they can work on the receiver before accepting the piece to be worked on. Very reasonable prices for repair (the turntable diagnostic fee was $35, which they put toward the total repair cost) and good customer service!
