Bought a refrigerator 11/13 /24 the compressor has went out and they told me the loaner refrigerator is not available till next week????? What type of appliance place that has no pass inspection appliances that doesn’t have a loaner that tells you a lot about the integrity of the company warranty policy!!!! Why not just exchange a $500 refrigerator out and be done with good customer service and company values!!! Being that it is Friday I have no refrigerator working and have to wait till next week possibly for placement if loaner available!! Who would tell a customer a loaner anyway? What was in the refrigerator from last person? Has it been sanitized? Something wrong with this picture it’s can’t be possible.. I will be speaking with BBB. This is not a good sanitation practice!! To solve this $500 problem it shouldn’t be much to do offer percentage back and allow to me to go purchase in a more established business or swap it out!!! NOT HARD TO DO

They market themselves as a discount store, but their prices are the exact same as a mainstream store if not more and their products are used and not matching sets. I wouldn’t purchase from them. Seems unreliable.

They treated us well. The prices were good. It is what the name implies very no frills but you are buy an appliance so too much is just a waste of money.

Had to have a service tech David from Monroe to come out and look at my Whirlpool fridge still under warranty. If a company like this has more employees like him, it makes having a good service department to have taking care of customers like me a great experience! Thanks David for your professionalism.

Had a fantastic experience at Skent N Dent Shreveport! Carolyn, our sales representative, was outstanding—she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They have a great selection of inventory, but it moves quickly, so be prepared to make a decision when you visit. I was able to easily outfit my investment property with a refrigerator, electric stove, and dishwasher. The team really takes care of you, and the prices are fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality appliances and excellent service!
