Referred by Whirlpool when our dishwasher was leaking. Great customer service from the beginning to end!! Laura was amazing, had a technician out the next morning, kept me updated throughout. The dishwasher tub and door were damaged so required parts and another visit. Same tech came out and completely rebuilt our dishwasher in the kitchen. Top notch work and kindness. Will definitely use them again when we need another appliance repair.

Several years back, my (out of warranty) washing machine went out, and I called the manufacturer. The manufacturer didn’t know their mistake at the time. It was telling me that they were booked up but the people that they use in my area when they’re booked is Twin City Appliance. I called. I told them what was wrong. They only come out to my area, which is Minden, one day out the week they got me scheduled for the following week. Based on what I said was wrong. They already had parts so when they came to my home for the first time, which would’ve initially been just like a consultation to find out what’s wrong, they were able to diagnose and fix it within an hour. fast-forward to October of this year. My washing machine went out again same scenario I called explained my issue. They have my account still on file. They came the following week same thing fix my machine within the hour. I suspect it’ll be several years before I have to call them for that machine again, but they are the only people I will call. They are saving me a ton of money. I will never call the manufacturer for any of my appliances out of warranty. as long as they can fix it that is who I’m calling. There is an initial fee to come out which is very reasonable and if you choose to go ahead with the service, that fee goes towards your repair. There is something to be said for a company that is straightforward and consistent with their performance both customer service and the actual service. Thank you!

They were called for warranty work on our refrigerator. The technician was on time , very knowledgeable and courteous. It only took a short time to fix the problem and he was gone. I would gladly call them for service on any of our appliances.

Twin City Appliance fixed my fridge - it was averaging 50° and I couldn't keep any fresh meat or veg for more than a day at a time. Thanks to them, my fridge is now back to food safety temps and I have been able to keep everything cold and fresh. I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the future. Thank you so much!

Had the ice maker go out on my Fridge that was only 9 months old, So still under warranty. Frigidaire originally sent out a kid from a local repair shop that clearly did not know what he was doing. Then Twin City Appliance came out. Quick, on time, knowledgeable guy (think his name was Clinton).! Found the issue in minutes! Came back with the new part today and had it fixed (again….in minutes!!!!). So impressed. THANK YOU TWIN CITY!

Arrived in a timely manner. Promptly fixed my Dryer was polite completed payment on-site and left. I even got a 90 days parts warranty. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better transaction. If their prices get any better I'd have to take them out to dinner.

Purchased my New Whirlpool from Lowe's 3months ago and is having issues. I contacted the manufacturing company Whirlpool,, they were nice, handled the issue. Advised Twin City Appliance is the company they utilize. My appointment was set up for last Wed with Twin City Appliances. They had a cancelation and was able to get me in last Monday. The customer service provided was on point. So far so good, just waiting on a part to arrive. Hopefully today I will have a part. Its been a week. Other than the delay, I recommend Twin City Appliance.
