Sterling Service of Florida Inc

We were set up with Sterling through our home warranty, and I'm so glad we were!! Tirell came out same day to look at our system. We wound up needing a while new a/c, inside and out! Sterling made it so seamless dealing with the warranty company. Tirell and Miguel came back and installed everything. They were very nice and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am so happy with the quality of work! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!

So we had Sterling Service installed a new AC unit. It is a BIG ac so it took 2 people and a trailer. They sent out Tirell and Miguel. They were fantastic. They knew I was working nights so they were as quiet as they could be. The job I thought would take all day took just a couple of hours. The cost was EXACTLT what I was quoted. No hidden fees. Thank you Sterling Service team I am now comfortable in my house again!!!!

Tristan came in right on time as it was scheduled with the company. He was pleasant, courteous, and polite. He did a thorough job on checking my AC unit and computer. He explained in detail what was wrong with it and what options I had. Everything was completed within the hour. It is great to have cold air back especially in Florida. I received all information via email and made a payment right on the spot. It was an easy processes and great service. Thank you.

Highly recommend Sterling Service! We’ve used them a few times to address issues with our aging unit. Wonderful customer service experience with Judy. Tristan was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and great to work with. They don’t try to upsale you at every opportunity, and they don’t price gouge. We’re on their service plan and are satisfied customers.

I can’t say enough kind words about Miguel. He was on time, kind, professional and knowledgable. He cleaned our duct work and installed iwave air purifiers. He cleaned up after himself, showed photos of his work and was excellent all the way around. I highly recommend calling Roger, the owner, and scheduling a visit from Miguel.

Freezing temps are expected and our system quit blowing heat. We always trust Sterling with our HVAC maintenance and now even more so today after Miguel diagnosed and fixed our problem, bringing back the heat! Miguel was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and respectful of our property. We really appreciate that.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miguel did an excellent job with our duct cleaning! He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was spotless by the time he finished. He worked efficiently, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Miguel if you’re looking for someone who takes pride in his work and delivers top-quality results.
