Hartman’s Service Technician, Aaron, was personable and professional. When he completed the diagnostic check, he explained and showed me why the washing machine wasn’t working correctly. He ordered the parts and was back in two days to complete the work to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I called this company to figure out what was wrong with my refrigerator. Basically, I needed a new compressor. The service tech explained the problem well and provided excellent service. He also mentioned that his company did not perform compressor repairs. That would have been nice to know before I made the appointment since I had to pay a fee for him to determine what was wrong with the refrigerator. If I wanted to get the compressor repaired, I would’ve had to go to another company and probably paid another fee for the same analysis. I think they should’ve told me that they couldn’t do compressor repairs when I made the initial appointment. I decided to buy a new refrigerator.
