Yensu Appliances Repair & D.V.C.( Dryers vent clean )

Do not buy from them. Not only they don’t inspect / fox properly, they have awful customer service after sale. Got a fridge with them (they were the most expensive so I didn’t pay cheap on it) and immediately told them the fridge wasn’t coming off and they didn’t install the filter (I paid extra for instal), they came back next day and said was it installed correctly but fridge was working and had new compressor. The fridge never really got to cool properly, specially the freezer that is even warmer then the fridge nothing ever stayed frozen, I have trashed over $500 in groceries so I called again to complain, guy tells me they will fix it to call next day. It’s been a week and I haven’t been able to ever speak with him again. He didn’t call, when I call the person that answers just say he doesn’t speak English, I sent emails nobody responds. So now, I’ll have to call else’s where to fix a fridge that was never good to start with!

Great experience. I called and within 24 hours they were at my house. I told them I could wait since this wasn't an emergency but they insisted in fixing my refrigerator right away. The tech diagnosed my icing issues and had the necessary parts to fix it right away. I'm 100% happy with this company. I'm a realtor and I have seen bad service in the past. I would highly recommend them to friends and clients. Thanks Yensu appliances for going the extra mile for your clients. It has been a pleasure working with you.

I bought a used LG washer and dryer set early last month. After I installed the washer and started an empty load I noticed it would not drain the water. After a quick Google search I realized the pump was bad and called Erwin. After a few quick calls and texting him a video he agreed it was a bad pump and his technician was out the next business day and he replaced the pump. Although I think the unit should have been checked prior to sale, Erwin made good on the warranty and it is running well. Very nice people and I will shop there again.

Horrendous service and product. I had the appliances delivered. It took at total of 6 service calls 3 of which were no call no shows just to re-install the refrigerator door that was taken off to get the refrigerator through the doorway. They never pick up the phone, you have to call back 3 consecutive times just to get an answer during business hours. Today, my tenants called me to let me know the refrigerator was broken and their $200 in groceries were spoiled. As is usual, I called Yensu but they shut off their phones at 5pm and the voicemail is ALWAYS Full. The oven I ordered has a faulty display that they were unable to repair. I am tired of calling, scheduling services and haggling with this company. I am demanding a full refund.

I wish I could give this place minus stars. The customer service was horrible. I purchased a washer and dryer set. The washer is loud and leaking water. The dryer takes forever to dry. I called them they sent someone out to fix it and he didn’t speak English it was hard for me to explain to him the problem I was having with the washer & dryer. I called another service man to look at it and was advised i was sold bad appliances. To fix it would be more then what I paid for it. I have called up female advised she would call me back she never did, I called back she wouldn’t answer so I had someone else call she answered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

STAY AWAY and LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! I bought a washer and dryer and that experience was easy and they were very friendly so I ignored all of the reviews. I then had the washer and dryer delivered and installed. The people that came to install the W/D almost flooded my laundry room because they put the wash hose into the wrong pipe. Water went everywhere and then they asked ME for something to clean it up! One month later the washer shakes so bad it moves across the room. I scheduled a service call and the day of he doesn't show up. When I finally call to see where he is they tell me he is running an HOUR late! So I reschedule for the next day and when I call to make sure he will be there on time they tell me they don't know if he will be on time or not because he had another appointment in the morning. How these people run a business I have no idea there is no common courtesy or concern for other peoples time. Never I repeat, never, was this "2 hour window" stipulated.

For a week now I have been trying to get a washer I purchased with them fixed or replaced. I bought the washer in April with a "3 month warranty". Last Monday it stopped draining. Communication is very poor, they say they are coming and do not. Then arrive at my house during specific times I told them I would not be home. Calling the shop is a waste of time because not one time have they answered. Saturday a "technician" came to my house and said the washer needed to be replaced. I was told he would be back today (Monday) between 2-3pm. Here is is 4pm, no washer, no call, and no answer from the shop phone.
