5 Star Appliance Repair, LLC

We just moved into our new place and the washer stopped the first load. 5 Star Appliance was the company used by our landlord. They came out, did some stinky repairs and cleaning, and left. I tried to do a load the next day, and the same issue happened. I text them and within 5 minutes I got a reply that our tech was heading back over. He got it working right away but waited until the cycle was done to ensure it was actually working! Such amazing service!!

Had someone come out to be charged and told to order the part on Amazon and fix myself. The worse service ever do not call them. I am retracting my previous above statement. After making this review I had a really sweet lady named Catherine call me and ask for more details into my experience. She was very kind and made me feel heard. I was surprised at the phone call and want to express that if I ever have an issue with an appliance again I will be contacting this company. She didn’t have to be did reimburse my service call. The fact that she just called because I was disappointed with the experience was enough. It means a lot when someone reaches out to better service in the future. You and your family are doing a great job. Thank you

David was great to work with! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Always willing to answer questions and talk through issues. Offered us different options based on our price range, and prioritized quality work over everything. Would recommend him and 5 Star Appliance Repair to anyone!

After a very friendly introduction, he got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue, took the time to explain the problem, and decided on a satisfactory course of action. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with appliance repair. Oleg came in and went to work immediately and found the issue. My warranty tried telling me I needed 2 parts but in reality I just needed Oleg who was extremely professional and polite. I will be using 5 star appliance every time I need a repair.
