My seller wouldn't come out in a reasonable time to fix my washer. I called these guys and they schedule me within a day. Rene came out, found the problem which was all of our socks! He put the belt back on and tested it out. In addition, he gave me maintenance tips for my appliances. Professional, efficient and fairly priced. I so appreciate this level of service!

Excellent customer service. EASY to schedule an appointment. Shane text me the morning of my appointment and asked me to send him the model number so he could bring a replacement with him. He text later and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled appt. I said yes and he came right over. Very polite and efficient. He was able to replace my ice maker no problem.
