Outstanding customer service and HUGE Thanks to Marixsa and to Tony / Installation Team. They were able to quote me an awesome price and install the unit next day on a Saturday! They turned my stressful situation into a "breeze"!

New 3 ton unit installed. Both Tony and Shaughn were fantastic. Even though they ran into minor issues they never stopped. Their attitudes were pleasant even though they had some frustrating wiring issues. They stayed until 11:30 PM the first day but were unsuccessful. They came back the next morning smiling and ready to go. In the end it was a faulty sensor that caused all the headaches. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Lastly I would like to remark about these twos opinions about their boss and company. It was great to hear an employee speak so highly of their boss and the company.

Allen, the owner, was friendly and upfront and gave advice to help us make our decision after interviewing 9 different companies. Tony, Shaughn, and Sam were amazing at completing our replacement install. Showed us what they were doing every step of the way and even cleaned up after themselves. I will be referring them to all my friends, family and real estate clients. Thank you Cool Breeze!

I have been a Cool Breeze customer for many years. Yesterday, my AC went out (bad capacitor) and Cool Breeze scheduled me for this morning. Estevan showed up promptly and quickly and professionally fixed my AC unit. I have had many teas over the years with Cool Breeze and all have been good. But Estevan in particular stands out as one of the best. Thank you Estevan for the great service and technical explanations (bought an ultra capacitor with a five year warranty). I hope to see him in the fall at my check up!

Our AC went out over the weekend. Cool Breeze was very helpful setting up an appointment for the repair. Marixsa Carlos helped to coordinate our repair with the ac specialist. She was very courteous and professional with scheduling and a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with the results. Samuel our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was able to repair our ac. He explained the problem to me and went over the cost before he did the repair. Best company in Tucson.
