Rincon Air Conditioning

We have worked with Rincon AC for 10-15 years both at our home and our business. They have always been very responsive and helpful with routine maintenance, minor and major repairs, full system replacements and helpful advice over the phone. They have many helpful employees but the service from Ben and the communication from Neil and John in the office is always outstanding. Many of our family and friends have had similar experiences.

Huge thanks to Rincon Air for coming out so quickly to fix our AC! With the heat we've been having, we were so relieved to have someone show up ASAP and get everything back up and running. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the issue. Truly top-notch service! highly recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable AC repair!

Called the shop first thing in the morning for a broken AC in the dead of summer, and they were able to schedule a technician for later that same morning at 1100. The technician, Ben, was punctual, efficient, and very helpful in explaining the needed repair. The diagnostics and repair were completed in 30 minutes and all at a reasonable price. Cannot recommend this company enough—well done!

Our AC went out late on a Friday. They had someone there within 90 minutes. Buddy helped us understand what the problem was then gave us repair & replacement options -- no sales pressure at all. Opted for a new unit. Prep work was done first thing Monday morning, new unit installed by Tuesday afternoon. They even loaned us a portable unit to get by over the 4 nights we waited. Everyone start to finish was professional. They sold us a high quality, name brand unit that's much quieter & more efficient than what we had. Highly recommend the team at Rincon!

Overall I was very impressed with Rincon Air. We had a very undersized intake vent connected to our unit. After some unexpected complications with being able to expand the intake to an appropriate size, they went out of their way to come back out a second time and install a second vent to work around the problem. They worked with me to address my concerns (at no additional cost) and I really appreciated that. I plan to use Rincon Air again for my future HVAC needs and I'd highly recommend them. Thank you!

Rincon air came to diagnose my ac that wasn't blowing cold air. They came and told me I was a little low on refrigerant but found no leaks. They recharged and it worked for a few months. Had the issue again, they sent another tech out, again was low on refrigerant and they found no leaks, but this time it was completely out of refrigerant. I found another company who came out, found 2 leaks and recharged the system. This cost me $1600 because Rincon missed the leaks the first time they came out. If they had found and fixed the leak the first time it would have cost me a lot less. Apparently they don't know how to find leaks since 2 of their techs missed 2 different leaks.

I want to express my gratitude for the great service I receive from Rincon. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional! I love the attention to detail as they took the time to explain everything about my system to me. I am so happy to know that they will be taking care of my heating and cooling system for the next 3 years! Thank you Kyle for doing a great job!!
