Fuse Hawai'i

We had the boys at Fuse Hawaii install 6 industrial sized hvac on our farm. They have been more than accommodating with our schedule and conditions! Love the work ethic of the technicians. Will continue using their service for any expansions on the farm. Highly recommended

Fast Service. Within 24 Hrs of a call they were at my home diagnosing my AC System. Others were booked out for several weeks. Hawaii HEAT won’t wait 3 weeks! Thank You FUSE Technician Elisei Udachi was professional, timely, and friendly. Great experience

This review is long overdue. I meant to do it after the first time I used Fuse. This was my second time using Fuse for my Samsung split AC unit. The first time was late last year when my wife was about to give birth and there was no cold air. I called Fuse to come by for repair and was expecting them to just diagnose the problem and come back much later. Come to find out it was a Freon/Refrigerant leak and I want to say they fixed it same day. The overall experience was very smooth and they fixed it very quick. This time during the tail end of this hot summer, I found that my AC wasn’t running very efficiently because I was hearing sputtering while it was running. Fuse came to clean all 3 units, 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom, and 1 on the lanai. Come to find out after everything was done being cleaned that the living room unit had a significant amount of dog hair. The tech did a great job of cleaning all three units, as now my AC is running very smoothly and efficiently. It blows very cool even on the lowest fan setting and on 72°. So much so that I saw steam coming off of food we just took out of the microwave while it was running. Thank you for the great service and for getting the job done at a reasonable price compared to other companies! I was very pleased with the results and I will be using Fuse for my next AC maintenance or repair project.

I have a Bosch refrigerator, and a repairman from another company originally came out to diagnose why the freezer wasn’t working properly. After looking it over, he told me it would cost $500 to fix the ice maker and another $500 to repair the fan motor. When I mentioned that the drinking water wasn’t working either, he tinkered with it briefly and then said he could "fix" that for an additional $400. At that point, I knew something wasn’t right, so I told him to only proceed with the fan motor repair, which he completed several weeks later when the part arrived. Afterward, I contacted Fuse Hawaii, a company I’ve trusted before. Elisei came out for a $99 service call and resolved the ice maker issue simply by reattaching a loose part. Thank you, Elisei and Fuse Hawai‘i, for your honesty and excellent service.
