Nextera Appliance Repair provided excellent service from the first call and during the home service. Jerry was able diagnosed the issue right away , then Jerry sent a technician the next day (Sat). Great news is they had a compressor in stock and the tech installed it without problems and now my refrigerator is working. Both Nextera employees were professional! Thank you so much Nextera!
Jerry is the best field service tech I experienced on island. He answers, he accommodates, and is on time. Of course he knows his tech well and is quick and thorough to get our fridge working at optimum performance. Highly recommended many times over. I'm only afraid he gets too busy with such great work that it'll be too much for him. Five stars for this guy!
Excellent customer service and quick response time. If you ever need your LG appliance repaired, call Jerry. My dryer stopped working and within one day he was at my house to diagnose the problem. Ordered the part and 5 days later, the problem was fixed. HIghly recommend!!!
This guy Jerry was awesome . I called him the same day and he showed up the same day and now my fridge is now back up and running cold on the west side of nanakuli. Thanks so much Jerry!
Called LG at 4am about error message on refrigerator. Was told I would get a call within 24 hours for service. Got a call from Nextera at 10am that they are on the way. Refrigerator had new compressor installed and working by 1130. AMAZING SERVICE
Excellent, responsive service. Living in town, Jerry was very reasonable and able to fix our LG fridge within 48 hrs of calling, unlike a few other repair services in town quoting nothing earlier than 2-3 weeks. He asked for photo of the model and brought a compressor with him, fixing on the spot. Mahalo, great work!!
My front load washer had a leak and they came and fixed the issue so quick. Highly recommend!
