Mililani TV Repair

I have a TV Vizio 50-in that works good except for the power supply. It takes 15 minutes to warm up. I'm willing to give it to you for free but you don't answer your phone!

Dude had supposedly been working on my led backlight on my Samsung for 4 months now. I paid the $26 to inspect it then he charged $195 to repair. I'm 4 months in and been calling once a week to check the status but now he doesn't answer my phone calls, and he still hasn't fixed it yet. Don't go to this guy. Bad buisness owner.

Brought my TV in to get repaired on Nov 15, 2023 and did not hear back at all its now February 8th, 2024 and i came to the shop and picked up my tv. It didn't even move an inch and was left out in the rain and was charged $26 for nothing.

The guy just took our $26 and did nothing. We told him our tv won't turn on and there was a crack on our screen. He told us to come back in a few hours to get an estimate and check the tv. When we came back we noticed the tv has not moved from its place like it just sat there for 3 hours. Then he told us it would cost $900 to fix the screen and didn't even know why our tv won't turn on. He kept on saying MAYBE. He just left our tv outside for a few hours, googled how much it costs to repair a cracked screen and quoted a ridiculous amount to fix it. He then offered a different tv (that he fixed) at a lower cost but we declined. Not trustworthy. Please save your money and find a different tv repair shop.

Had a 6pm house call and repair guy showed up an hour late. Repair guy walked in looked at our 75 in Samsung TV and not even within 5 mins of being there his estimated repairs came out to be $800. Pocketed $26 and was out.

A house call was made which he came and found the problem fast. Our circuit board needed to be replaced. Since he had to order one, he replaced our burnt out one with a temporary board. When he got the new board he came back to install and haven't had any problems since. It's been over two years now. Highly recommend him.

I bought a TV off Craigslist and it ended up having a issue with the screen and how it projected the picture visual blaring a blue/purplish tint...I brought it to mililani tv repair and had it diagnostic done which indicated aged wear and tear. He was straight up and told me try to get a refund (which I did) from the seller because it would be twice the amount i paid just to fix it...HONESTY... Not sure what the man's name there that helped me but ima call him braddah cause that's how he treated me...he then offered me a smart tv he had on the side for sale at a very decent price for a pretty much brand new smart tv with UHD...tv is AWESOME Thank you braddah I recommend this place highly
