Creative Sewing Machine Center

I have been taking my Kenmore sewing machines here to be serviced for several years. The staff is always so polite, courteous and knowledgeable! I'm always satisfied with the work done to my machines and service has always been completed in a timely manner.

The BEST Staff! So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked with everything sewing related. If they don't have it, they will order it! I have purchased two Babylock sewing machines from them and love the free instruction that comes with the machine

I bought my Babylock Unity embroidery/sewing machine about some 9 years ago and recently added a second portable sewing machine for quilting, a Brother. The guidance of the pro and cons of each machine, it capabilities and limitations, features I may want to consider, alternative models was explained and demonstrated patiently and with no hard sales pitch. In the end I feel i was well counseled and made the right choice for my specific needs and price range. Both machines work very well. Servicing has been quick and because I purchased the machines there, minor problems were often not charged. The price was very competitive if not better than some online stores. Buy local. I highly recommend them.

I attempted to purchase a new sewing machine from this location. I went in the second time with the intent to make the purchase. I was told there was one in stock, but they could not find it in the back. I was told they would have a guy coming in the next day that could move the inventory around, because it was too heavy for them. My name and telephone number was taken and I was told they would give me a call the following Monday. This was on a Saturday. In the meantime, I was offered to buy a floor model and I declined, stating I would rather purchase a new one. I was never given a call, after at least three weeks, so I can assume it's safe to say my business is not wanted and I will take it elsewhere.

The first place I went looking for an obscure sewing need and thankfully they had exactly what I needed. Staff was attentive and friendly. I was in and out with exactly what I needed. A pleasure of a shopping experience and I’m excited to return.

Extremely helpful. Susan went out of her way to assist us. My granddaughter & I were amazed by the captivating creations all around the store, sewing, smocking, embroidery, appliques & quilting. And they offer classes!
