Will with Appliance Nerd was fantastic! He communicated clearly every step of the way—letting us know he was running late from a big job and giving us a heads-up when he was on his way. He was respectful, considerate, and left everything clean. Will quickly diagnosed the issue with our washing machine and thoroughly explained the next steps with our home warranty. We have a warranty and because of Will and Appliance Nerd we were able to figure out the problem. They fixed it and even though it's a samsung, it's working great. Will has a bubbly personality and is a great representation of the company. Having him service our appliances makes it a great time.

My husband and I needed to have our dishwasher fixed because it was leaking into a room in our basement. We put a claim in through our warranty company and we are SO lucky that Appliance Nerd helped us out! Will was completely transparent with us because he genuinely loves doing what he does. He told us that figuring out the challenge is the best part for him. He quickly found out what the problem was and even fixed a few other problems that he just noticed while he was working on it. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and really knows what they are doing! I highly, highly recommend Appliance Nerd for any and all appliance needs! We are so impressed with this company! The owner (Will) came out and replaced the freezer door on our Whirlpool side by side frig after the wiring to the ice maker at the bottom of the door had severed (this was a warranty claim). He could have stopped there, but he went on to remove all of the old door parts that still had life in them and left them with us in case we need them for replacements in the future. 10 stars!! We are so thankful that our warranty company chose Appliance Nerd! Now we will spread the good news of this company to others. May God bless this business!!! Paul and Lynette

Will was fantastic. Came out, showed me the problem with my washing machine and a full explanation on why fixing it wasn't a good financial decision to repair it. Couldn't ask for better service or person.
