High praise for Chris and Jensen, apologies if I misspelled their names. They delivered and installed our new refrigerator and were outstanding. I was their last stop of the day and it was a big deal getting the old one out and the new one installed. They worked well past 5 pm, and couldn’t have been nicer. We’ve always bought our appliances at big box stores, but we will shop Metro from now on! We bought a washing machine there, had issues, but Steven (Wichita location) quickly rectified the situation and took good care of us! Thank you for your great customer service!

We have previously purchased a washer, microwave, dishwasher, and now, refrigerator at Metro Appliance. This time, we encountered Matthew and he became our salesperson. We very much enjoyed his honesty about refrigerators and conversations which allowed us to get to know him on a personal level. The refrigerator was a bit challenging though, no fault of Metro. We bought a Frigidaire, it was delivered but never achieved the 37 degree mark. Metro sent their appliance guy out to our home and he determined it was mechanically faulty. Metro immediately ordered a new one which unfortunately, did not arrive, as expected, on the next truck but John, the manager, had a back up plan and offered to deliver an upgraded Whirlpool. He apologized for something that wasn't his fault, we understood machines are made, they don't always work. When an appliance order is placed, the company transporting it sometimes misses the mark. When it's time for our next appliance, we will choose Metro again. It's a good group of people there. They try and care.

The installation experience was very poor and unprofessional. I expected a professional installation, but instead was left with damage, a water leak, and little accountability.

Jordan was great to work with. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We did have some issues with delivery but Steven stepped up above and beyond to ensure our delivery was handled to our expectations.
