I just wanted to pass along how much I appreciate the Herb Snow staff. From the person I talked with on the phone to the repair person. You got the part for my washer ordered and received and scheduled within a few days. Shawn Forrester, the repair person, was very professional and cordial and got the part replaced. We visited Herb Snow & Sons for the first time today. They were very sweet nice people. We were in need of a washer and dryer set and came from Newton, KS. We made it to them right before they were closing and they were still gracious enough to work with us and get us a set to load and take home. They are reasonably priced. The ladies we talked with were knowledgeable and super friendly. We have referred some people to them already. 🙂 We will definitely be back when we need another appliance.

Herb Snow & Son have excellent customer service! Its the kind of service that gives you a confident feeling you are not being taken advantage of and they are going to fix your issue. Shawn treated us like people not just a number he had to hurry and complete to get to next service call.

Contracted through Samsung. Prompt, friendly service. Came prepared with the replacement part for immediate resolution, which was a pleasant surprise. Our tech was Shawn (12) and he was excellent at explaining what he was doing and made sure to keep surrounding areas clean (ie having a towel down for drips) highly recommend this company and will use for future services!

I wasn’t even a paying customer, but you’d never know it by the way she welcomed me with genuine care and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. We had a problem with our LG indoor icemaker and water dispenser, it was leaking. The technician from Herb snow came out. He was on time. He was knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and then got in touch with LG to determine a solution. This took about a week, during this time he kept me informed of where they were at all times and then came back, fixed the problem and we have not had any problems since. They were very efficient and did a great job and I’d use them again.

Shawn came out to fix our GE washer/dryer combo. After another company turned on our machine heard it hum and said it needs a new drain pump. Shawn came and checked things out to find it didn’t need a new drain pump. Appreciated his thoroughness to save us some money and fix it right.
