We had a water leak in our attic and our insurance company sent out ARCO. They removed the damaged baseboards, cut a hole in our ceiling where the water leaked through and removed the trim around the bedroom door. I’ll give them two stars because they were prompt about coming and drying everything out. However, once everything was dried out, we decided to stick with them for repairs. However, they basically told us the repairs/ estimate from the insurance company was too small and the gentleman referred us to someone who does work at his house. When I submitted the estimate from our insurance company to them, I asked for a copy of theirs so that I could submit it to our insurance company for review and possible supplemental payment. Never received their estimate which led us to believe they didn’t want our business.

Although we had a rocky start with several project managers, our newest project manager, José Hernandez has been communicative, professional, polite, and on top of things. I would like to commend this new project manager for making the end of our experience much more smooth and efficient (house fire January ‘23) Rebuild 80%

I highly recommend Arco Restoration! We had a drain leak which a plumber fixed. Arco Restoration came in to mitigate the damage saved clean up. They were very responsive, showing up (on time) the day we contacted them. It's very stressful any time you have damage to your house. Arco Restoration was very professional and friendly, stepping us through the whole process. Their pairing with all our questions and uncertainty is admirable. We worked with Frank to schedule the mitigation and demo work. He worked with us and accommodated our schedule. Jose came out to do the mitigation, demo, and drying out work. Jose was very professional and respectful of our property while he was doing the work. He explained in detail what he was doing and why it was being done. He made sure we understood the work and answered all our questions. Jose was very polite during his visits! After the work drying out the from the drain leak, we discovered we also had a water pipe leak (in the same area) that needed to be dried out again. Again we worked with Frank and Jose and got top-notch service! Again, I highly recommend Arco Restoration. If you have a choice, ask to work with Frank and Jose!

We had a wonderful experience with our estimator, David Shull, this week! He was professional, kind, honest and worked hard to figure out why we were discovering mold around our house. He was thorough and did not settle for easy answers. David never made us feel rushed and left us feeling confident in his assessments and Arco's ability to restore our home. He was excellent!

We had ARCO come in to do repairs in our bathroom after a significant leak in our shower. Chris managed our project, and he was fantastic to work with. He was always quick to get back to us to answer any questions we had, and everyone brought in to do the repairs did impeccable work. We are thrilled with the results, and we could not recommend ARCO more!

I can't say enough good things about Arco Restoration. When my house flooded last year, I was overwhelmed, but Arco stepped in and made a truly terrible situation manageable. Their team did an outstanding job with the initial cleanup and restoration, getting my property back in order quickly. They also communicated exceptionally well with my insurance company, which took a massive burden off my shoulders. What truly set them apart was their commitment to their warranty. After the initial repairs, I had a few issues, and Arco didn't hesitate. They honored their warranty, came back out, and rectified the issue to an even higher standard. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare, and I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism and follow-through
