After waking up on a Saturday morning to find my entire first floor flooded due to a water line break, I called BOR and Jesse arrived within 1-2 hours with all the mitigation equipment, despite the fact that he was with his family at a weekend event when I called! Great follow up service as well — BOR was at my house every day for weeks to ensure completed mitigation, to include the removal of all my hardwood floors, was timely and efficient. Super personal service you won’t get with the big companies, I highly recommend BOR!.
