James saved our house! We had a pipe burst in our crawl space that caused a lot of damage. He worked cohesively with our insurance company and was able to get some extra work covered by them. He did mold remediation, installed new insulation, dried out the space with dehumidifiers, more mold remediation in the room above and installed brand new flooring in the room above the leak. He got the job done wonderfully and we couldn’t be more thankful to have had him on this project.

Nick is a responsive business owner who provides top quality service. He was helpful not only in quickly resolving the issue with my water-damaged floors; he also worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage and timely completion of work. I worked with Nick (the owner) when he was at Carolina Water Damage Restoration. I liked him so much I wanted to work solely with him when he opened up his own shop. Nick responds to calls, emails, texts -- ALWAYS -- and gets me clear answers to make decisions on. If we could give Nick ten stars, we would! Unfortunately, our dishwasher had a slow leak over a period of time. Once we discovered it, Nick came out promptly and assessed the damage. He quickly got our flooring up, basement ceiling cut out and fans in place. Nick also took care of the mold situation that he found underneath the flooring. He was so thorough and wanted to make sure the remediation was done perfectly. We appreciated his attention to detail and his responsiveness to all texts, calls and emails. He took what could have been a super stressful situation and made it a lot easier for us to handle. A big thanks to Nick for his stellar work!
