The crew at ADR is A+++++. I cannot imagine getting through all this with any other contractor. We have had them come out before for minor things and, even if it was not anything that they would fix, they advised me on how I could do it myself and save money. In the case of the water damage, not only are they very responsive, but they follow-up very well and take care of literally EVERYTHING. With the amount of work that we needed done, it is super important to find someone you can TRUST! The team was extremely courteous and respectful and took care to mind the smallest of details. Even their sub-contractors were top notch. If you need anything done in your house and done RIGHT then I would HIGHLY recommend ADR!

We had a water leak under our kitchen sink, that went down through the cabinet to the bathroom below it. It ruined our 2 year old floors, and most of the bathroom had to be gutted. We decided to turn this in to an opportunity of having things done in the house we had dreamed about. Eric and his crew were *amazing*. We had our ceilings scraped, took a wall out separating our kitchen from the living room, added an island, got all new kitchen cabinets and flooring. It was an intense several weeks, and soo worth it in the end. Eric, Kyle, Patrick, Jorge and crew took such good care of us. They were professional, respectful, and stood behind their work. We are so happy with the work they did, and highly recommend them for all of your home restoration and remodel needs.

We have used American Disaster Restoration for two projects now, and both have turned out above expectations. Eric and his crew are certified, knowledgeable, professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. Thorough from start to finish! The most recent project was demo/mitigate/repair some extensive water damage. Eric also helped us understand some of the behind the scenes paperwork with insurance and helped the process run smooth as glass. I cannot speak highly enough for this company. Let me begin by saying this wasn't my first foray into the realm of water damage from a leaky toilet. I had a different contractor come out previously to fix the damage in my powder room, and I ended up in a worse predicament after their toilet installation failed and caused even more damage than before. We called American Disaster Restoration, and both Eric and Steve promptly came out to assess the situation. They were very professional and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy, so we asked them to take on the project. I don't regret that decision one bit. Eric and Kyle led the project with help from Patrick and Danny, and I was very impressed with how hard-working and good-natured everyone was. No one complained at all, and they treated both us and our house with the utmost respect. You couldn't ask for a better group of workers. Here's the kicker: even though I would have been okay with them painting over the hideous wallpaper that looked like a Shriner's hat, they removed it before painting in my chosen color. Plus, they removed the popcorn from the ceiling and now it's a beautiful, more modern flat white. I also chose vinyl luxury plank (VLP) rather than tile after discussing my options with Eric, and I'm so thrilled with the outcome. It looks absolutely perfect! On top of all of this, their pricing was very fair and they worked closely with my insurance adjuster. I'm very pleased with how smoothly everything went, and I'm beyond happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend American Disaster Restoration, and I will be calling them again in the future.

We had American Disaster Restoration fixed the damage from a water leak from our 2nd floor bathroom that leaked through the ceiling of our living room. They came out quickly and were very professional. We worked with Eric who did a great job communicating with us. They provided drying fans and then fixed and painting our ceiling. They did a wonderful job and we would use the again.

American Disaster Restoration did a great job! My townhome's first floor room had water damage from my next door neighbor's overflowing bathroom. Eric and his guys came in, moved furniture, pulled out the soiled carpet and sanitized the entire room! They worked quickly and efficiently to get the area dried out and ready for restoration. During this time Eric worked with me to get replacement flooring. Once I got the flooring picked out, they purchased it for me, scheduled me quickly for installation, and got it all installed within a couple of days! They even moved the furniture back for me! These guys did great work and if anything unfortunate should happen like this again, I'll definitely be calling on them for help.

Thank you ADR team for getting my house back in top form! After experiencing water damage from a leak on the second floor, I contacted ADR after a friend referred their services. After speaking with Eric, our Project Manager, he promptly scheduled a meeting to come out and assess the repairs needed. We agreed to the plan he suggested, and he gave me a follow up email stating all the details we discussed along with pricing. The ADR crew did a great job from start to finish, and you can’t even tell there was any water damage on the ceiling at all! Highly recommend using them if you want quality work done.
