Robert and Ryan, the technicians, were courteous, patient, and took the time to come back several times to ensure my septic pump was working properly. I just had the most amazing experience with Dylan of Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric company. He analyzed our problem and resolved it quickly. A minor adjustment was made and we now have a fully functioning toilet again. This was after another plumber told me that the entire toilet needed to be replaced (shameful). More importantly, Dylan communicated prior to arriving and was the utmost professional. He added tremendous relief to our family today and cemented Bacon as our go-to for any services they provide. From Ms. Dee to Dylan, I absolutely love the integrity of the company. HIGHLY recommend their maintenance plan also, which is more than competitively priced for the value they offer and peace of mind that comes along with it. Outstanding service from Luis! Luis came to the house to inspect an issue we were having with the dryer venting and did an exceptional job from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very detailed and professional. He also shared helpful information about additional services and membership options. Great experience with Andrew and Cody today. We needed information about wiring in a hot tub and these two were very knowledgeable and patient. I only wanted a well-known company working in my new home and this is the one to use!

Bacon Plumbing was the first to respond to my service request and set an appointment that suited my schedule. I received adequate notice of the technician’s arrival. Tyler diagnosed the situation quickly and presented affordable lasting repair options. He completed the repair that involved cutting drywall to access the pipes to replace an outdoor hose bib. He put everything back in place and cleaned up the work site to my satisfaction and explained relevant details before leaving. All in all a positive experience. Everything is better with Bacon - even speeding tickets.
