The technician showed up without approval and received a bogus invoice I was asked to pay an $84.99 upfront fee for a water-heater inspection; I declined and did not confirm any appointment. Despite that, a technician showed up at my home uninvited. When I told him I did not want the service, he threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. Afterward the company sent an invoice through Square charging $84.99 for the visit plus a $875.21 "lawyer fee." I never signed an agreement or approved additional charges. I recommend verifying any plumber’s license, asking for a written estimate, and saving all texts/screenshots before you pay. This was an unpleasant experience, and I will not use this company. I will consider removing this review if the owner calls me and apologizes for the strong-arm tactics.

I appreciate that the company values customer satisfaction and works to resolve issues quickly! However, I believe they should also prioritize their employees’ well-being. The weather is brutal right now—feels like -1 degrees outside—yet workers are still being made to work in these conditions. It would be great if the company considered its people just as much as its profits.

You have one gentleman working on site at the Versailles that is very rude and disrespectful to the people who live here. He parked sideways across 3 carport spaces THAT ARE PAID FOR BY US WHO LIVE HERE. I should not have to ask or say anything to anyone about this. It is called common sense and courtesy. You are on a property that you do not reside at. Do not be a hindrance to the people who are already stressed out due to having to need your services in the first place and who have actually paid to be on this property. And then to top it off, do not give an unapologetic apology when confronted on your ignorance.

Company van drifted into my wife's vehicle causing damage. Driver didn't stop!!!! Company not returning calls or emails. Beware these people! Update for transparency received insurance information 48hrs after incident.Final update their insurance has resolved the issue.

Do not go thru this company!!! They've been out to my apartment complex starting of last year in February. Since the beginning of this year, they have been out here more than three times for the same spot. Every time I see them they are goofing off, on their phones, sitting in their van. They make messes that they don't clean up. I shouldn't have to walk thru mud to get into my home. Maybe if they actually did the job correctly the first time it wouldn't be a constant issue.

I called today (5/21/22) to request service. I was told that one of their plumbers will call me back within an hour. Total lie! I had to call three times because not one single soul reached out to me. What's even more frustrating is that each time I called, I had to go over the same explanation and provide my info all over again. I finally canceled my request one the 4th call and decided to with another company.

They will send you to collections agency for bills that are PAID IN FULL. Not to mention they overcharge by about double the market rate and do bandaid repairs at best.
