My Local Plumber Water Heater Repairs and Leak Detection

We have had My Local Plumber out in the past and it is so great to be able to call on a company that we know to be competent, reliable, and trustworthy. The guys explained everything very clearly about the repair and took the time to check out and set my mind at ease about some other issues that I was concerned about. They even let our dog be a helper .

Jarrod and Jason came to fix a substantial leak under our sink. They explained the issue very clearly and gave me a couple of options. They did the work efficiently even as I badgered them with questions! My Local Plumber has been our go-to plumbing company for 6 years and they have never let us down.

Jarrod and RJ came to fix a toilet that my toddler flushed a toy down and it got stuck. Great customer service, and we’re so kind to our kids and let our son watch in on what they were doing. Who knew a plumber would be the morning entertainment! They were quick and efficient. Jarrod clearly explained what they were going to do and if their plan didn’t work what they would want to try next before they began.

Great customer service, easy to schedule online and they even called if they could come earlier and they did same day. Polite, helpful and attentive to the problem (running toilet). They found the problem and quickly resolved it. Quote provided in advance of work and work completed efficiently with problem solved. Methods of payment were provided and asked if any other plumbing issues that may need attention. Clean, cordial and professional. Great experience always with My Local Plumber.

My Local Plumber remains to be my favorite plumber! Jared showed up at the door on time, with plenty of notice and provided excellent service. He was able to give recommendations for fixing the issues quickly and acted swiftly! Jared was professional and friendly and trustworthy. 5 star service, highly recommend!

After owning a home for over 14 years, I have finally found my "go-to" plumbing company! After having a major backup over the weekend, I had called 2 companies prior to My Local Plumber. One canceled within a half hour of telling me they'd be at my house, and the other showed up and said they couldn't fix the problem....without them even stepping foot inside my home! My Local Plumber accepted the job, was within their estimated timeframe and was cheaper than I imagined for a Sunday call. Felipe and Kevin were the licensed plumbers on site and were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything as they worked to solve my issue. I will 100% stay with My Local Plumber!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used "our local plumber" and each time has been great! They fixed our leaking incoming water line today on a moments notice and were here w/in 20 minutes. Price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend them !
