Jon did an absolutely incredible job refinishing our front and back porches! His attention to detail and maintaining the beauty of the original craftsmans style was wonderful! He was extremely professional and responsive, providing updates on the project scope and answering all of our questions. We would absolutely recommend!!

Jon is not just a contractor, he’s a craftsman! While I couldn’t hire him for the full renovation scope of my home, he tackled some of the more difficult framing and re-framing for the floor, stairs and walls in an old house that had very few plumb walls. Some of my other contractors even made note of how impressive the framing was! Jon will go out of his way to stop by to coordinate things or help fix something. He’s not the cheapest bid, but those that are the cheapest will give you poor quality work and that is certainly not Jon! He’s got a great attention to detail and he’ll even grab a beer with you at the local pub after a long days work!

Jon did an awesome job finishing our basement. Complete with a bathroom, office space and family room, plus rebuilding the stairs. We certainly appreciated his experience working with older homes and all their challenges.

Jon recently remodeled our bathroom and it looks fantastic! There was a leak in our shower so drywall and framing had to be removed and replaced as well. We were impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work. Our house was built in 1910 so there were several unforeseen complications that were handled and fixed with ease. He shows up on time and works a full day, which has not been our experience with contractors in the past. I highly recommend his work! We already have another project lined up with him.

Jon was amazing. We are getting ready to sell our home and our realtor couldn't have us putting our home on the market with any siding damage. Our siding is older cedar plank and panel siding. We were prepared for some seriously large quotes to come back. Not only did Jon respond to our bid first he even talked us down from doing a full siding replacement or like and kind replacement. Jon was able to repair our siding for under $1000!!! He showed up on time, was on top of communication, and even came back out for a follow up visit to tidy up some caulking. I highly recommend using BREW for any of your home repairs. You won't regret it.

Jon is great!! Wanted to put a microwave over my oven which I learned quickly from the Home Depot delivery guys was not as easy as I thought. Jon responded quickly, gave me a great bid, and was scheduled the next week. Having dogs to wrangle, I appreciated his communication letting me know exactly when he was going to be here. He broke out my wall tile, created a small shelf out of my top cabinet, and installed the microwave. I couldn’t be happier! I know mine wasn’t a huge job but he took the time and care like it was. Highly recommend!
