Celtic Home Inspection

I recently purchased a 2-bedroom condo in Queens, NY, and decided to enlist the services of Celtic Home Inspections, with Steve as the inspector. I must say, Steve did an outstanding job assessing the condition of the condo. His knowledge and professionalism were truly commendable. I recently had Steve Cunningham " Celtic Home Inspection" at an inspection for one of my listings! I was impressed with the time he took to explain in detail, all facts about the home to the buyers. He answered all their questions and was able to put them at ease with any issues that they were concerned about! Steve was thorough as well as the report he gave to the buyers. Stephen provided a very thorough and comprehensive inspection for the home we were looking to purchase. He provided a very detailed report. Was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns, went above and beyond the time it took to explain each issue in great detail. He followed up before delivering the full report, and even followed up after delivering the report to make sure it was received. Extremely impressed in the quality of service we have received. Buying a house is very scary, however, Steve from Celtic Home Inspection took the fear away, he was great! Not only was he very thorough but I felt like I went to a course on the science of a house. Then he offered to sit down with us to go over the report. Also, being a retired firefighter he put extra care into safety. I called Celtic Home Inspection to inspect a house I am buying. Steve showed up early to put up his drone to inspect the roof. He was incredibly thorough with the entire house and answered all of my questions. He even offered to meet me after the inspection to go over everything in more detail - which I took him up on, over a cup of coffee. He showed so much concern, like he was the one buying the house. I received the inspection report within 24 hours. Steve was fantastic!

We finally found our dream house and we were eager to get an inspection, so a friend of mine recommended Celtic Home Inspection. I made an appointment with Steve. He promptly responded and showed up with his equipment in tow. After a thorough inspection of the household he sat with us and went over every detail. Besides a few minor issues, he did highlight a major concern with the foundation, which had peeling cement, cracks and signs of mold. He forewarned us that it could lead to water intrusion. My love for the houses blinded me to his warning. A week later following a storm my husband made a surprise visit to the house to inspect the basement, and much to his chagrin found the owner shop vacuuming the flood in the basement! Had it not been for Steve’s report and earnest concern our dream house would have turned into a nightmare house.

Steve did a thorough inspection of the home I was purchasing on Staten Island. Walked you through the entire process and explained any issues or things he found that needed awareness brought to. I would highly recommend him as your home inspector!
