Colorado Roofing & Restoration

Cold called offering free roof inspection in my area. This is a scam company. They will come out, tear off a few shingles or cause some damage and then inform you that you need work done. Not even BBB accredited!

My dad got services previously from Colorado Roofing & Restoration and recommended I use him when the storm hit, Mike was an extreme help when my roof was totaled from hail and made everything seemless and easy during the process of getting a new roof. Thanks Colorado Roofing & Reatoration!! Highly recommend

Chris, my rep for this company and sales I think, is highly knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, and great to work with. They replaced my whole roof and actual wood sheets underneath. I've been up there since and it is a great job. I look forward to using them for all my restoration/ renovation needs. Don't use a different company !

Colorado Roofing & Restoration has been a vital component towards my roof restoration. The value they provided as we explored what next steps look like in getting our roof repaired from recent hail damage is unparalleled. If you are in the need for someone to, maybe guide you in the right direction, or even provide some valuable insight, Colorado Roofing & Restoration should be your goto.

We had a terrible experience with this company. The total job took 6 months longer than anticipated to complete. It had to be redone 3 times due to not meeting code. The foreman came and decided to have a yelling match with my wife. And to top it all off. The roof still leaks. Zero stars from this unhappy family.

Deck was done nicely but was told it was a stain paint. I didn't know there was such a thing but accepted their bid, letting go of the wood stain that is beautiful when done. The paint is now chafing due to weather & there is no stain underneath the paint into the wood itself. I have attempted repeatedly to reach him by text, Calling & texting with no answer can't get a returned call from their representative who has been my friend for years so I don't wish to reveal his name. After all, he could make it right still & I will bump their rating up higher. Rev. Dr. Duane A Martin DD

The gentlemen from the Florence area that work for this company are outstanding people. They go out of their way to help others, they are kind and they are smart, honest men. I would recommend this company ten times over!
