Dean’s replaced the main sewer line under my basement floor, repaired a connection at the foundation and descaled the entire sewer line. Noah, Brian and Peter were very pleasant and did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process.

Levi and Heath from Dean's Plumbing did a great job installing our new water heater. They came to my home soon after I requested service and did a great job communicating the issue(s) concerning my existing water heater and provided options for a new one. Called this company once and will never do it again. Technician arrived at the home for a pilot light that wouldnt light on a 4 yr old water heater. Looked at the unit seen water and stated you need a new water heater. Would not troubleshoot or verify that the tank was leaking. I was quoted $6,000 dollars to replace unit. A 50 gallon water heater with forced air. $1,300 retail at Home Depot. After getting the job done by someone for 1/2 the price they quoted. I filled the tank just to see if it was actually leaking. Its been holding water for three days with no leak. While I understand a companies need to stay in business and pay overhead cost. $6,000 dollars to simply replace a water heater is ridiculous and Dean's should be ashamed to even quote that kind of money. Especially on top of the fact that water heater is still holding water with no leaks. BONUS- I had to pay a $90 service charge for the technician to do nothing but tell me the tank was leaking and was there no longer than 15 mins.

Very happy with the service we received from Dean's! We found quite a bit of water on basement floor and Travis came out the same day and was able to find the source of the problem very quickly. We highly recommend Dean's and will use them in the future!

I'm not sure if I've ever written a review before, but Dean's Plumbing deserves it. I called them out to look at our gas water heater. We had no hot water and after taking a look, they recommended we replace it due to its age rather than do a smaller fix for less money. It made sense, so we went ahead with it. When they went to start the water heater after installation, they realized the gas supply was completely off. Come to find out the gas company shut it off (we forgot to transfer the service to us when we bought the house...). So, the issue had nothing to do with the water heater. This happened on a Friday. I thought it over during the weekend, with it not sitting right with me that we bought a brand new water heater (over $3K investment) when we didn't need one at all. That's a lot of money when you never needed to spend it. I decided to call them, let them know what happened, and then just asked them what they can do to make it right. Sure, I wouldn't think to check the gas myself, but given they are the expert, would think they might consider that before suggesting such a big purchase. They called me back and offered the water heater and installation for COMPLETELY FREE. I expected maybe a small discount or any other fix that wouldn't mean much. But instead, they went above and beyond my expectations. I only had to pay for the warranty should I choose to take it. Absolutely exceptional job of customer service and doing things the right way. In an industry that feels slimy, Dean's Plumbing is absolutely worthy of your trust.

Used Dean's for an emergency plumbing repair at my home. Levi J. was the plumber who came to do the job. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was an excellent representative for the company. He clearly explained the work that needed to be completed, and clearly explained what he had done. I will consider using Dean's in the future.
