Draingo of Alabama replaced our water heater, we had some issues with our home warranty who by the way will not send out a list of of parts they cover, they will tell you what parts are covered over the phone from a call center in India which isnt good enough. This is for anyone dealing with warranties, nothing to do with Drain go. We finally did get them to send us a list of what parts were not covered (weird) but they sent it under a letterhead and logo of some completely different company name so we never opened it and didn't find it until later as it looked like Junk Mail. However Drain Go was very nice on the phone, and also the person they sent out Elbert was fantastic, and super fast. I would use them again.

I met Dustin one of the workers for this location at a job I was on. I explained my problems at my house and he got me right in touch with who I needed to schedule them to fix it. I kept having to move the date due to rain. They were understanding the whole time and very nice. I ended up figuring out my problem and fixing it but this company was awesome the whole time. I will use them in the future

True professionals! Elbert and Shea were able to come out and not only replace a twenty year old tank, but relocate it to a much better location. This will allow us to maximize our laundry room to add some pantry shelves. Great job guys!

My home warranty American Home Shield sent Drain Go out for my repairs. As a first time homeowner I was unsure what to expect. Drain Go sent ELBERT. Elbert was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and informative. He provided excellent high quality service. He completed the job in less than 40 minutes. He needs a raise! I am very pleased with Drain Go

Bad experience... plumbers butchered my plumbing and wanted to charge me for a part that they installed and damaged. Now water is leaking like crazy. I was told by dispatch that I needed to do a recall work order with AHS and I wouldn't be charged anything. On the day that they were supposed to do the repair I was told I needed to pay $475.00 for repair work that they installed and was defective, amd want me to pay them again. I believe this company is trying to take advantage of customers over charged for services and the plumbers lie to you. The plumber they sent to my home installed a part in my shower and it was defective now I'm be told they need to cut a hole in the wall to fix something they didn't need a hole to access the part the first-time. I will be reporting them to the BBB and contacting a lawyer. I honestly don't recommend them until they make this right.

I really was pleased with the 2 gentlemen that came to our house this morning. I am terrible with names, look on my receipt, I'm sure you can find out their names. They both meet and played with our dogs. Which was extremely nice. Then they were happy to leave them alone and to go play in the yard. Our hot water heater had went out. They changed out the thermostat and both heating elements. They were both very respectful and a joy to have fixing our problem. Thank you so much. The world needs more people like them.
