From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. Michael Wilson, the technician who came out, was exceptional — he arrived right on time, explained every step of the process clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood what he was seeing. You could tell right away that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing things the right way. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. Michael carefully inspected every area that could have been affected and used professional equipment to ensure nothing was missed. He even offered helpful advice on preventing future issues and explained how their drying and monitoring systems work. Another huge plus — the initial inspection was completely free. The day before Thanksgiving we had a water issue with flooding under the flooring. Michael came to the rescue. He started the drying and recovery process and worked directly with our insurance. He made a difficult situation easy to handle.

Dry Force came out to inspect water damage in our home. They were very knowledgeable and gave us all the information needed to get things going. Very seamless process! Edited from 5 to 1 star. Not impressed. They installed sensors to track when the water was dry. Unfortunately, they drilled a hole in our main water pipe when installing those. I can get over that part because it seems like they are going to repair the damage caused (fingers crossed) even though it’s going to be 3 weeks post incident. What is most frustrating is that there is no single point of contact and we’ve received mixed information from the insurance company and Dry Force. We’ve gotten invoices with no breakdown of charges (honestly not even sure we owe it) and the only guidance is wait and see. Turning the chaos in the calm is laughable. Lord help us.
