I have been going to this location for the last 25 years (7 vehicles and counting). The staff is amazing. Even a couple of generations working at this "shop" Alex has been greeting me all these years now Alex Jr. and Justin the Store Manager/chief Mechanic has been trustworthy with his recommendations whenever I needed a reliable source and opinion.
Top Notch Service J. -The Manager , runs a tight ship, entire staff was pleasant from front office admin, all the way to employees in the bay area. Quick service, informative about any issues. 10 out of 10. Neighborly vibe and comfortable setting through and through. Great Kwik Kar Team. - Charles
Go to the one on Belt Line Rd!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could, They denied to do my car inspection even though I have done all my car inspections in this location for years and I have the picture of my Insurance Card with all the information needed and said they needed the documents when Digital Copies are allowed by Law. Do not recommend this location anymore. Visit the Belt line one, they would be happy to assist you.
I’ve been a customer of this Kwik Kar for well over a decade now and continue to be so. They’ve been quick to give a repeat discount and have been upfront with any work we’ve had done. My son has had numerous things worked on here and has never had any issues and if they can’t fix it they will recommend someone who can. Thanks for being one of the few consistent businesses here in Irving TX.
Everyone is always so kind and they get the job done fast. They don’t try to upsell or pressure you into services you don’t need/want which is nice as a female. Maria is always so kind!
I have been going to Kwik Car for my oil changes and inspections for over 15 years. They always take excellent care of my car. No high pressure sales pitches or selling me repairs I don't need, just reliable service at a reasonable price. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!!
I love this place! Very friendly professional staff, the prices have always been good and within reason, and I really feel like they are taking good care of my car. I’m grateful that they are so close to my home.
