I personally visited the location in Irving twice this year, where they performed repairs on 2 different vehicles each occasion. From the time of making contact either by phone or in person, Steve Sanchez and his team will treat you with respect and kindness. They use up to date technology where you are informed meticulously on repairs needed on your vehicle, very convenient through text; where you get a full breakdown with specific pictures uploaded! They always follow with a call, communication at its best! I dealt with Chris last month on getting my father in law’s car fixed. Let me just that you can tell that anyone working at Lakeshore Automotive goes above and beyond! I will definitely be going back if needed and will recommend to anyone in need of auto repair. Last week, I booked for a Second Opinion (the booking was swift). I then took my Mercedes Benz E300 and they had a look at it. Surprisingly, they took me to where my ride was hoisted and showed me the leak (something the other auto shop refused to do). Out of the 3 that the other shop recommended (cv axles; suspensions; control arm bushings), they only found a major issue with the cv axle! That’s an illustration of great honesty (something some shops don’t have a clue on). Their quote for the cv axle was higher than the one given by the dishonest shop (cheap is expensive), which was not an issue. I’ll revert once ready! Keep it up!

Everything ran so smoothly! From speaking with Carl for the first time, to having a Lyft pick me up. I just dread anything car related. It’s always a beatdown at the Dealership. These folks were so much better than any dealership I’ve seen. No pressure whatsoever!!!! Well done Lakeshore……well done. Oh, one last comment…..good coupons too.

I was in Irving, TX on vacation when a speed bump disconnected my scrap plate under my car. I called Lakeshore Automotive on Black Friday, I was told to come right over, and these guys were able to get me in & out in way better shape than when I initially purchased my vehicle. The service was super, the Customer Service was stellar, the business itself was very inviting, and thr cost didn't break my bank! If I'm ever in the area again and need service, this is where I'll go to.

Lakeshore Has Great Customer Service. Nice Waiting Area. I Had A Break Issue A Few Months Ago. Had New Brakes & Rotors Installed. A Few Days Later I Heard Squeeking Again Called Them & They Replaced AGAIN with no problem. I Really Like The Fact That I Can Pay Online & That If I Need To Leave My Car I Dont Have To Leave Work To Pick It Up B4 They Close. I Can Pick It Up At MY CONVENIENCE!! With Thier Lockbox System..MAJOR PLUS!! Very Very Freindly Guys & I Recommend If You Need A Repair Shop. Give Lakeshore A Try.

I really don't know how to explain how great this place is but I will try right now. I am from Mississippi and a do-it-yourself town. My wife and I moved here recently and I don't have the things I need to perform this job so I knew I would need to go to a shop. After a bit I made a few calls and landed on trying out Lakeshore Automotive in Irving, TX. Upon initial visit for getting an alignment (what I assumed the problem was) on my truck, I met a man named Carl. Carl has got to be the best in customer service I may have ever experienced. Carl is friendly, fun, humorous and cares about the individual walking through that door. I ran into a few issues with pricing during this visit, as I know car repairs can be costly I asked Carl what there is I could do. Carl suggested that I could buy the part myself or that they could. He was extremely transparent. Well aware that this is something I could move forward and do somewhere else for possibly cheaper... I knew that I was in very good hands here at Lakeshore Automotive. I bought the part, I bring it up here to the shop and we get started. It turned out that I got the wrong part. Carl didn't waste anytime to give me the correct part no. and give me time to get ready (financially and part wise). Now today we are moving forward with the repair. I have been so extremely pleased with Carl, the mechanic crew and just the atmosphere of the office and its employees. This business is a standout. How they help and serve people is just as Christ would for the church. Which is my favorite thing about it here. To Lakeshore Automotive, thank you, for a great experience, an amazing staff, and your care for your customers. It goes a long way.

I had a leak in my engine coolant and engine light was on. Got an appointment the same day here and car was serviced the very next day and replaced the radiator promptly. They have a fast, efficient service process that keeps you informed on the estimate and progress with the inspection of the vehicle all the way through the service of the vehicle. They provide multiple payment options. Carl and Steve are great to work with. I recommend this shop for all automotive service needs.
