We just drove past Van 569 and 563 on the road. I just have to commend their driving! When the lane was packed Van 569 allowed me to merge into traffic. Another instance was when I realized I was in the wrong lane down the road, van 563 slowed down and allowed me to get in the correct lane!

Management at this company needs to educate their drivers on safe driving. One of their vans nearly caused a wreck on US-131 south of Cadillac, MI on 3/6/20 @ 5:29pm by driving erratically. Driving 85+ mph and on their phone! Ridiculous. Slow down and put your phone away! Not only is it against the law, but it is also incredibly irresponsible and dangerous to be texting and driving!

I have been looking for a contractor to handle a national customer of mine who is based in the Grand Rapids area. I have called on 5 subsequent days looking to speak with someone who can help get this scheduled and taken care of. Although their website and phone recording speak of handling national accounts, it seems only 1 person handles all the scheduling and new customers. That said, this person is also completely unreachable and never replies to voice messages. I thought I was being patient when I waited 5 days before calling anyone else, but I suppose these guys don't care. If they don't have the time for me; I don't have the time for them.

If your going to drive a company truck with the logo all over it and an identification number, you shouldn't drive so incredibly poorly. 131 north bound. Your employees are the public representative of a company. Poor representation equals poor public opinion.

For someone who drives a company vehicle with the name plastered all over it, you would think they wouldn’t tailgate and then pass in a no passing zone when the roads are still a mess and icy from the huge storm that just passed through.

Terrible employee driving company can at Lowell exit on 12/20/2019. Guess he should have skipped the gas station stop if he was running late.

This is a group who is crossing Kellogg Picket lines. It is a shame that they are based in Michigan, however when issues arise within their communities and you are not getting any support. Dont be surprised because of doing stuff like this. People notice who is standing up for whats right and whats wrong
