The team of Flood Medics is awesome. Everyone is so professional and thoroughly with everything. They made sure to prep carefully before removing floor, cutting the ceilings and left no mess after they’d been done with the job. Dealing with water damage is already hard but knowing that my house is in good hands really soothes me. I can’t really recommend anyone one else but them for fixing water damages.
This crew (3 guys) was great Luis and Pepe (?) Zulueta especially worked well together. They cleaned up and did a professional job of prepping our floor-damaged bathroom for final repairs. The team was respectful to us and our house.
Leandro and Juan were very efficient, polite and tidy. They were kind to my silly puppy dog and respectful of our possessions. They removed all trash. The fans and dehumidifiers are placed well, with all cords and drains safely taped down. They have been good to work with so far.
Kevin and Yender were amazing! They were professional and thorough. I have used other restoration services in the past, this one is far superior. They were respectful of my property which I greatly appreciated. Kevin took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

I felt urge to step in and help but they assured me that I was in good hands and everything was taken care of. They were also very thoughtful with my personal belongings, ensuring everything was handled with care. I truly appreciate their professionalism, compassion and hard work.
Kevin and yender spent the day here at my home that needed water mitigation . The team was very professional , friendly, and did a great job . Enzo came as my initial meeting to get the process started and I thought he was understanding of the circumstance I was going thru and appreciated that .
