Very bad attitude over the phone called for price. Don’t recommend

Sorry but worst experience with them, Lies on phone about delivery, holding my phone +10 to 15 minutes, (delays are possible but lies are not acceptable) No proper communication. I hope in future never visit this place and never recommend to anyone….

When we call them, they are giving all the numbers and a parts or material when I show up they say no wasting our time get there and they say now

This business is a life saver! Super professional staff, affordable prices to purchase all materials to get the job done and guaranteed delivery. Boston Road Building Materials is unlike any other businesses. I’ve never had much luck when it comes to building materials but when I came across this business my luck started to come back. I’m located in West Babylon Long Island and I absolutely don’t mind traveling to the Bronx to keep supporting this business. Thank you guys for always delivering

I would really recommend this store from my friend Atif since the services are very good, I tell you why I always buy the materials that I need to carry out all my projects, that is why I would not only give it 5 stars but more if possible.

I had a small front porch project. Called few places for pricing and guidance. This place give me the lowest price. I went there close to the end of their day, but was not rushed, they sat with me and calculated all materials needed and give me a next day delivery. Couldn’t be happier. I recommend them and will definitely go back for future projects.

Called this place for a stucco product and after being told that orders can't be placed on the phone, we went in person to place the order. When we got to the store, they said they don't take orders and to just purchase the item when it gets delivered the next day. Firstly, why didn't you explain that on the phone when you only said that orders need to be placed IN PERSON. Secondly, we called before driving back there the next day to confirm the item was delivered. When my husband got there and it was the wrong product (fine instead of coarse stucco), they claimed that I never mentioned we needed Coarse. So not only did they imply that I'm a liar to my husband, they've also lost all ounce of respect and business from us. We've sourced another location for our purchases that aren't disrespectful and more organized with how to run a business.
