Bedrock Foundation Repair recently completed work on our home’s backyard patio slab that was settling and causing a decorative brick wall to tilt. Several companies quoted, both big and small, offering solutions from the over-the-top for our needs to straight forward and simple. We choose the latter with Bedrock because of their decades of experience and cost. Dennis Rials (Owner), Burns (Production Manager), and their team were professional, efficient, and with an innate knowledge of how to remedy our issue. They installed installed six concrete block piers under the patio slab grade beam and then pressure grouted with a soil/cement slurry, leveling the slab and bring the wall to plumb.

I really appreciate the professional service I received from Scott at Bedrock Foundation. I called to get a foundation estimate in a rush. They were very helpful and made time to do it for us the next day. We had the estimate almost immediately. They were very honest and let us know that the property did not need any repairs. They are so very professional. I highly recommend Bedrock Foundation.

We live in an old home circa early 1900s. We had a couple firms look at our foundation. Bedrock identified some serious issues and showed us what was going on. They replaced rotted beams, installed piers to stabilize everything, and leveled the house. Our foreman, Saul, kept us informed during the process and alerted us to a broken drain pipe we didn’t know about. They left everything cleaned up and in good shape. I would recommend their service without hesitation.

Bedrock came out to do some drainage and foundation before we took our house to the studs to remediate for mold. After calling the company to discuss the issues I will explain, I never heard back from them. This was nearly a year ago. First, and the most concerning, is they took hundreds of dollars worth of pavers I’d previously purchased and stacked in my yard for a flowerbed and used them to as materials in their work. The estimate we agreed to and price I paid included all materials. Not some materials and then we will scavenge for the rest. Essentially, they stole hundreds of dollars from me as I had to replace these pavers. As a 40 something female having to load up pavers at HD and unload them at home myself, this was an added hassle on top of the cost. I have this on my Ring camera video as evidence. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Secondly, they installed a pier and beam vent on a masonry wall for my garage. Which is obviously not pier and beam. Basically, this vent is decorative as it doesn’t even vent my slab foundation garage since it’s drywalled. Now having read other reviews, I expect a response from the company copping out of responsibility for this behavior or stating they don’t know who I am. It also appears some people got lucky with not being jipped. But, I ask you to think about that when choosing a foundation company. Are you feeling lucky?

In the last 2 months I have called this company 5 times and sent 3 emails to follow up on the work they did on my home, and they have been completely unresponsive. Our experience was horrendous, so I’m posting this (and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau) in the hope that others can avoid this company. We 8k of work done by this company. The fans installed under our house have made no impact, and the 2 French drains also have not worked as water pools when it rains in those areas. Additionally, we have new mold growth under the home as the water issue still exists. Since that time 2 different people from this company came out to our home and each gave us different assessments of what needed to be done moving forward. Due to our concern about the work that was done, we had 4 other companies come to look at our situation. 3 of them said that we were egregiously overcharged for the work that was done, and several asked for the name of this company to warn others.

Bedrock Foundation Repair was recommend to me 5 years ago and I have used them three times and recommended them repeatedly. Such professionals. Such nice people. They come on time and finish in no time. I had my front porch lifted...no more standing water and I had foundation work done under a wall that kept cracking. Yes, I had to fix interior cracks afterwards but that was to be expected. I would not ask anyone else to give my house a lift. I wish it was that easy with my face.
