I recently had Ecoscape come out to replace all three sump pumps at my home. The process started with a detailed and clear discussion about the condition of my existing system and what I needed from the new setup. The specialist (Matt) was not only transparent about the costs—offering competitive, reasonable prices—but also exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the installation. They worked quickly and efficiently. We did encounter an unexpected issue—one of the lines was blocked by roots—but Ecoscape was great about explaining all my options and giving me the time I needed to decide on the best course of action. I'm pleased to report that all my pumps are now working perfectly and have been significantly upgraded. I will gladly work with them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Top notch install crew. They cleaned up all the leaves and washed my dirty back porch on their own accord. They were done in only 2 days! Out of 4 bids I had, I selected Ecoscape and I'm glad I did. Matt was the technician and was able to explain everything in a manner of which I could understand. Gilbert was the Crew Chief and was outstanding! Foundation repair is expensive, but when these guys are on the job it is well earned.

Ecoscape installed drainage around my property about a year ago to help with significant drainage issues that were leading to a constant muddy backyard. I was able to immediately notice a difference and no longer had to keep my dogs away from part of my yard. This year, when I was having an issue with one of the drains failing, EcoScape came out on a holiday to save the day and resolve the issue and came back to make sure all was working properly. Matt’s been a great PM on the project and appreciate his communication. While it’s never great for something to fail, it happens sometimes and the way EcoScape handled it showed me their true level of integrity and standing behind their product and services. They also did some great gutter repair to my copper gutters.

Matt Burns was very very helpful in a very stressful foundation repair on my investment home. While they aren’t the cheapest, the customer service and having a single person in your corner helping you navigate a very challenging situation is very helpful. Matt went the extra mile on several situations to protect my home and help make sure my foundation warranty would stand the test of time if I had issues again. I can’t say enough about Matt and his team!
