Lange Engineering Foundation Inspections

Eric is excellent at what he does. I am a real estate agent here in Dallas and Eric is my go-to for residential foundation evaluations. He takes a very pragmatic and consistent approach to each job. Never an alarmist but always with an attention to detail that only an engineer could have. We have worked together for years and his reports have been huge variables in my client's decision to buy a home. If you need an expert, Eric is the right guy to call!

Eric was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and punctual and came on the same business day to inspect our foundation, and provided a detailed inspection report in less than 24 hours. To our surprise, he told us that our foundation was level and within acceptable standards and did not need any piers after all, saving us thousands of dollars. Very professional and extremely responsive, I must admit that I called another engineering firm in Dallas before contacting Eric, but they never called me back. So I gave Eric a call and he called me back within minutes (while on vacation!) that same week he was at my house conducting a very thorough evaluation and providing a very useful report, he took his time and explained the issues he encountered.
