For starters Luis is very Professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. He is also very personable and very easy to talk to. Makes it easy when you questions. He checked inside outside perimeter of the house - explained his process, what he looks for. He did all the measurements and not like the other 2 companies who came out and said we need to have work done immediately. Luis was honest explained what he thought the house may do in the future from what he could see - developed the report for us but at this time it is nothing we have to do today. We still may act sooner than later but doesn't have to be this Summer. He also pointed out some things that were easy fixes like where our dripline was in regards to the house and several other pointers to help out. We used SOS Foundation repair here in Keller. They did great work and their price was fair. They even gave us one free pier mid-project that wasn't part of the estimate. We had 10+ quotes. They weren't the cheapest, but in the middle. We had 40+ piers put in...it was nuts. Our POC was Luis, and he just came out for our 6 month post-fix measurements and all seems well. I definitely recommend them if you need foundation repair. No matter whom you chose, it will cost ALOT.

Luis is very knowledgeable and talented at explaining the complex issues with foundation movement in a way that is clear. Luis does a great job of explaining what’s going on with the house, and what needs to be done. He doesn’t over prescribe, and he makes you feel well taken care of both during the project and years after. Luis is fantastic. Such an honest guy. I asked him to come out to our house to inspect our foundation. I live in an older home and was concerned we may have foundation issues when I saw a couple of small cracks in the drywall. Luis measured the entire foundation, reviewed our irrigation, and told us everything was completely fine with our house. He stayed for 10-15 minutes to chat with me about how foundations move based on weather, tips to maintain my healthy foundation, and more. Best of all, he didn't charge me a dime.
