I understand that when a floor is raised, cracks on the walls are unavoidable. The company did patch the initial cracks, and I appreciate that. However, not long after, the patched cement began to fall off. I reached out and asked the company to come back to inspect and fix the issue, but I never received any response. In my opinion, a good company is defined not only by the quality of the initial work but also by its responsibility for warranty and after-service support. Ignoring customers and failing to provide assistance when problems arise is highly unprofessional. Therefore, based on my experience, I cannot say that the company did a good job. Brothers foundation did an amazing job! I was very nervous after hearing several stories from friends who had used other companies. But as soon as Brothers came out, I felt very comfortable with their knowledge, their warranties, and their price quote. Frank and his team came out the week before Christmas and installed 16 piers across the side and back of my home. They took great care of the home while lifting and correcting the home, checking for interior and exterior door sticking, etc. The foundation work was across a section of pier and beam original home and slab on grade addition. During the work an existing plumbing leak was discovered, Frank and his team were happy to excavate a bit further under to help me find out where the leak was from at no additional charge. Frank and his team are professional experts you can trust to do the work correctly, and they stand behind their work with a strong warranty.
