Sanchez Foundation worked on our house over 12 years ago when we first moved in. We are now in the process of selling our home and needed the foundation to be adjusted. They honored their lifetime warranty with no problem or hassle. Leo contacted me and was very responsive and personable. He and his crew worked very quickly and got the job done in one day. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Buyers of my house had Leo Sanchez come out and evaluate the foundation. This was 6/19/25. He said that i needed 52 concrete piers. I then hired a Structural engineer to come out. The Engineer found my house was solid that no work needed to be done. LEO Sanchez tried to scam me out of $18,580. Don't trust this company.
Just calling this company will aggravate you,… do not recommend them at all !! Argumentative customer support on initial call who claimed to be the owner……..

Sanchez Foundation Repair was amazing! They replaced a retaining wall, fixed the foundation on an addition on your home, and solved the drainage problem that caused the retaining wall and foundation issue. Their work was half the price of another quote I received for the same work and they were on time, respectful, and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!
Sanchez Foundation did an amazing job fixing our issues. From start to finish it was flawless. I am so impressed with the attention to detail. They definitely went above and beyond. And believe me it was a challenge of rock, rock, and more rock!
