Mr. Rex Hise came to check floor elevations after we saw a crack in one of the walls. They had previously done work in this house in 2011.They have been in business for over 30 years so must have plenty of happy customers to keep them running. Setting up the appointment was very convenient. They were able to come the very next day. Mr. Hise was very professional, took measurements and luckily found that there was nothing significant that would warrant a repair. Very satisfied with their service and will recommend them to anyone who is concerned about their house foundations.

Dalrock just completed the foundation repair on my house. They did an amazing job. An engineer took several measurements inside the house to determine how much and where my house had sunk. He took measurements after the house (4,380 sq.ft.) was leveled. He came into my office and showed me the post-leveling measurements. He told me that he was super impressed, "the foundation is perfect...Dalrock did a fantastic job. The house is perfectly level." Dalrock team headed up by Carlos was professional, organized, and very courteous.

Had a great appointment with Dalrock today. We were worried about a crack in our ceiling at the top of our stairs. Rex explained that it may or may not be due to foundation issues and that we should get an engineer to come look at the house first. I really appreciated his honesty and advice, some companies would seem dollar signs from the beginning. If it turns out we do need foundation work, we’ll be sure to call Dalrock for a quote.
