Timely and got the work done in one day. Cleaned up the area pretty well too! Seems to me a bit of the concrete when they patched it wasn't mixed as well as it could have been but overall so far so good.

We found some cracks on the wall of the recently bought house so I Googled and found Structured Foundation Repairs of Frisco. The phone receptionist get me into an appointment in a short time. James Kern came in time and had a thorough check in and out. He provided a professional evaluation report soon after, as well as illustrated the cause of the issue and taught us how we should take care if the foundation. His evaluation and service show precious integrity and professionalism. He didn't make any money from us(even though he could) but helped to release the worries from our mind. I cannot say enough great things about Structured Foundation Repair! From the first evaluation through the completion of the repair, the experience was OUTSTANDING! The person, Greg, that did the initial evaluation and provided us the quote was extremely polite, professional and, best of all, absolutely zero pressure! He explained his findings, walked us through the quote and what all it included, and then told us to just let him know. No high-pressure sales pitch for us to make a decision on the spot; just thorough and matter of fact. I had three different companies give us quotes, and Structured Foundation Repair's quote was the midpoint, but it included things, such as post-repair plumbing test - that other companies either charged extra for, or that I was responsible for on my own. On the day of the repair the crew showed up on time and they were also polite and professional. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repair - cracks were pushed back together, all doors open and close easily - but they cleaned up EVERYTHING! They even moved excess dirt to other parts of the foundation and flower beds. It was amazing. There were no surprises or hidden costs; everything was exactly as they said. If I ever need foundation repair again, I won't need to call multiple companies for quotes, I will just call Structured Foundation Repair!
