Top Level Foundation Repair

Charles came out on a weekend to quote me on a small project. That led to a deep conversation regarding my foundation with some issues he discovered. He was helpful, honest and very communicative on what was happening. I decided to fact check him with a 3rd party structural engineer and everything Top Level Foundation (Charles) said was correct. I am happy I called him out despite the fact we discovered some additional issues. I ended up saving my house's foundation before it became a severe issue and required a much more expensive fix down the road. His crew was on time, fast, respectful and gentle on my homes foundation. They left my home just as clean as when they first arrived. They also built up the ground around my foundation to help with future runoff. As far as pricing. I ended up installing hybrid steel - concrete piers. I received several quotes and all were higher than Top Level Foundations. Given their excellent reviews, I pulled the trigger with them. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for doing such an excellent job! I included some pictures of their work and what it looked like when they were done.

I would give 20 stars if possible. When looking for someone to fix a failing foundation it is one that you want to get right and have confidence in. Top Level is that company. Charles and his crew made me feel very comfortable with the job. Charles was very responsive and always communicating with me, where I never had to reach out to him. Customer service amazing. They arrived at 8AM and done by 1:30 and you would NEVER know they worked on the house. I would and do recommend them.

Top Level Foundation repair was the first company I reached out to, then got a few more estimates, but ultimately decided to hire Top Level for the job due to the competitive pricing and transparency. Charles seems to truly care about his and his company's reputation, and he ensured I was 100% sastisfied with their work before taking payment. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked from morning till late afternoon to get the repair done in one day, including installation of surface drains. On top of that, the soil that was dug out was then placed around the rear perimeter of the house where the soil had washed away due to years of erosion caused by improper gutter drainage. Before the work was done, there was a visible and significant gap in the bricks on the side of the house. After the work was completed, the gap was fully closed. Also something to note is that they used hybrid piers, and Charles did not push for unnecessary additional "fixes," such as root barriers, as it turns out the live oak trees were not the "root" of the foundation problems, but rather poor gutter drainage and subsequent soil erosion over the last 10+ years. Based on my experience before, during, and after working with Top Level, I'm confident the foundation work will be long lasting, and should I have any issues come up, Charles will be there to answer my questions. I 10/10 Recommend Top Level.

They covered the floors that they would be walking on, and left things neat and clean when the job was completed.
