Basement Systems of Indiana

I had some initial worries and concerns with this work being done, after all it is the floor of your house being removed partially. After the initial sales/inspection, I felt a little more better about the work about to be performed but still had some reservations. Fast forward to install day, Adam Martin and his team of Beto, Juan and Shane, showed up ready to get to work. Adam and I walked the house, inside and out, and addressed any and all questions I had about the work. Once I was comfortable they didn't waste any time getting to work. These guys worked together amazingly and obviously had their game plan put together before game day. Once they started I only saw them stop for lunch, they were in continuous motion, which is impressive given the labor intensive work. During the job there were a few unpredictable "hiccups", but Adam made it a point to find me, point them out and work with me on how they could resolve these "hiccups" by giving me several options. Adam assured me there would not be any extra charges for the extra work they had to perform and he didn't let me down there. The teams professionalism was top notch from start to finish. There's no doubt I'd highly recommend Basement Systems of Indiana for any work they perform and specifically request Foreman Adam Martin. Side note, on the second day (which was supposed to be the final day), one of Adams team members had a personal conflict and had to take one of the vehicles back home which was over an hour away. Towards the end of the day they realized there were parts for the discharge that were still on the truck that was now gone. Adam was able to put together a functional discharge, however was apologetic that it wasn't the way we had initially discussed and was less than what he wanted to do. He was quick to make an appointment by another employee that was going to be in the area in a couple days to complete the work as originally discussed. I was out of town when the work was performed and although it was close to what was originally discussed, it wasn't up to Adam's standard. Adam went above and beyond by scheduling a personal follow up to redo the finish work of the other installer and I couldn't be happier with the result. Not to take away from the quality of any work done, it was all top notch and very professional, but Adam went the extra mile from start to finish. Basement Systems of Indiana is very lucky to have these guys working for them given the professionalism and exemplary work they performed.

Great work by the entire team. Michael, our salesperson, honest, didn't over promise, clear about expectations. Melissa, our administrator, friendly, made the transaction/install run smoothly and earlier than expected. Hunter, our electrician, efficient, through, and saw to some small fixes promised by our salesperson. And our foreman Joe, first rate, was on the job site the whole time He was incredibly detailed in his oversight of the work. He saw to even our smallest concerns, and patiently walked (crawled) the final walk-through with me, pointing out details. Finally, the crew did great work, they were friendly, and seemed to work well together and with their foreman. Thank again to everyone on the team for a job especially well done. FIVE STARS!!!

I just had a one-year system clean/check performed on my two crawl space sump systems and support piers, and I’m quite pleased with BSI’s performance. BSI called me to remind of the annual system checkup need, scheduled it, and their technician, Aaron Green called to let me know he’d arrive within the hour. Aaron was thorough, asking if I had concerns, outlining what he was to do and completed the work promptly. He showed before/after pictures of his work - he was a complete professional, and I hope he’s my guy next year, too. BSI has elevated their game, I am happy to recommend them.

Dewey and his team (Julian and Hector) came in and did a fantastic job! I have a wood foundation with a hydrostatic leak in the slab that needed fixed and a sump pump and pit that needed a major overhaul. Dewey took the time prior to starting the job to discuss where I wanted my discharge pipe to go and confirm all the details about my foundation issue to ensure the correct solution was being applied. Within a few hours, the guys had my entire project completed and the area was cleaned up, if it wasn't for the fact I had a new pump and fresh concrete, I wouldn't have even known they were there! During the project, Julian and Hector explained how the new system would work to alleviate my issue and after the project, Dewey went into detail on how my new pump system worked and went over all the warranties. I highly recommend this company, when I eventually have to replace the wood foundation with a block one, Basement Systems will be my first call!

We had an uneven sidewalk that needed fixed so I filled out the form online and was contacted almost immediately. Casey came out to do an inspection and give us a quote. He was very friendly and not pushy, which I appreciated. We were able to get the job scheduled in a reasonable timeframe. Beto and Jared came out to do the work and were very clear on what to expect and how long it would take. They even covered my Christmas decorations so they didn’t get damaged! I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Basement systems especially Jay was so helpful and incredibly thorough and professional! He was also very responsive after answering questions and breaking down the total to help with our insurance. Isaias and his crew were wonderful! They did a beautiful job, were able to come before the scheduled date and took great care of our property and were very respectful to the neighbors as well.

I have to say that I am really quite impressed with the way that you use a combination of excellent technology and Personable human interaction. It sounds strange but, these days so many organizations are relying on technology alone and forgetting the human beings. We want to be treated like people. Hailey was very personable and very persuasive without being pushy. I felt like a real person rather than just someone to sell. That is refreshing in today’s world. You will never be able to replace Hailey with AI. And, that is a good thing. I would like to add a special note about the supervisor of the team who did a fantastic job on my crawl space. Joe Surko and his crew took great care to make solve my crawl space problem. They showed up on time. They did exactly what was needed. Joe kept me updated all through the process to make sure I knew what was going on. He and his crew were fast, clean, detailed and polite. Joe gave us photos of the completed work! It is just as Cory promised it would be. I got such a great value for my money. I know have the peace of mind to know my crawl space is keeping my home safe, secure, healthy and clean.
