Had basement waterproofing completed. Entire group was professional, starting with the sales rep Jordan. Answered calls texts whenever I had any sort of question, even after work began. The guys on site we're very kind and very respectful of our home and our time. Special thanks to Nick, Ricky, David, Darren, Efran, Ronnie and Paco for digging out all that concrete and hauling it out of the basement and getting us right where we need to be.

Doug came out and provided an extremely thorough inspection of my crawlspace and found multiple points of interest to address. He walked me through photos of the findings and provided examples of the repairs that would be performed. I really appreciated his attention to detail and my dog was very happy he was able to play ball with him. We look forward to having a refreshed crawlspace to improve the air quality of our home. Update - 11/18: Darren, Donnie, and Alex completed our crawlspace refresh in a very professional manner. They laid out floor coverings to keep my house clean, maintained minimal noise while I was working remotely, and were very respectful when they needed something. They were in and out of the house frequently to get their materials and respected my dog's curiosity by helping keep him inside, and of course they played ball with him as well. For three days the crew from Healthy Home Foundation Repair has worked extremely hard to fix my homes broken foundation. I was nervous at first, but Doug Caister the sales rep answered all my questions and reassured me his team could fix my house. It was a lot of money but I put my trust in him and boy I'm happy I did. The crew showed up and the foreman CJ was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, he worked hard and managed the project like it was his own house. He's a sharp guy that's really good with problem solving. Kyle and Brandon also worked hard and the job was completed on time with no surprises. I'm really happy with this company!

Thanks to the crew that replaced my sump pump and discharge line out into my back yard! Nick, Ricky, and David were top notch and the job was completed pretty quickly, given how much they had to do, and very competently. They consulted me on a couple of occasions when issues came up to make sure I was ok with their planned workarounds and they cleaned up everything wonderfully. We hired Healthy Home Foundations to do basement waterproofing and fix drainage issues. We are so glad we hired them! Denver came initially to assess the issues, and he was great, explaining what needed done and how they would address the issues. He even made a second trip to our home to explain everything to my husband who was not able to be at the initial assessment due to work. We had a hiccup and the team and owners had to come up with another solution when a problem was encountered, and they explained things great, and were very patient with our questions, etc. CJ, Kyle and Brandon were the crew who did the work inside the basement and tackled the drainage issues in the front of the house. They were friendly but professional, and did a fantastic job! The work is awesome! Henry and his crew addressed the issues in the rear of the house and the retaining walls, and their work was excellent as well. We are grateful that the issues are taken care of and although costly, we feel that the cost was very fair considering all the work done! I would definitely recommend this company for any basement and foundation issues!

These guys did an amazing job and kept me updated on my project and was very fairly priced as well I will be using the from here on out for my jobs as needed. We do lots of high end residential remodels and additions also new builds and these guys will be at the top of my call list .
